We are a well
establishedinternationalagro-commodities group working in the coffee supply chain. In partnership with the IFC (International Finance
Corporation / World Bank Group) we established a Farmer Training Center to
increase coffee smallholders income through sustainable coffee production. We
also assist farmers to meet with different certification standards and increase
quality and productivity.
We
aresearching for candidates to fill the following positions:
 
Field Agronomists(2
positions)
-          Female or
male
-          Willing to be
based in Lake Toba area
-          Knowledge
about coffee production required
-          Experience in
sustainability and certification schemes a plus
-          Good team
player
-          Good
proficiency in English a plus
-          Very well
organized and absolutely reliable
 
Our team of agronomists
works with farmer groups and suppliers in the Lake Toba area. Their main tasks
are the training of farmer groups in GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices),
improving quality and productivity, as well as supporting them to meet the
requirements of social and environmental certification schemes.
