GUIDANCE
The person will support UK Education Team Leader in the planning and delivery of high quality UK Education Partnerships programmes in Indonesia. This will be achieved through close collaboration with local and UK partners in order to reach our target audiences through a range of specially designed programmes
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project management
· To plan programme and services, costing, schedules and work breakdown structures according to an agree deadline and targets.
· To manage, develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers/clients/partners/stakeholders relationship that support the delivery of UK Education Partnerships programme.
· Has responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of UK Education Partnerships programme at different stages of the project cycle to ensure delivery of project outputs and targets and manage changes.
2. UK Education partnerships programme
· Manage existing partnerships.
· Work with regional teams to identify potential partners and facilitate new partnerships.
· Provide support and guidance to UK institutions interested in developing partnerships with local partners.
· Monitor current partnerships activities and prepare reports as required. Create monitoring and evaluation strategy for local institutions, including personal visits and regular follow-up calls.
· Coordinate different partnerships activities in Indonesia with local partner institutions.
· Create and maintain partnerships database with comprehensive records on partnership activities in Indonesia.
3. Market Intelligence
· To gather, collate, analyse and disseminate market intelligence through desk research or by working with third-party agency; about the education opportunities and environment in Indonesia.
QUALIFICATIONS
Project and contract management, preferably with previous experience with Higher Education partnerships.
Knowledge of UK Education.
Good communication skills especially in English language speaking and writing for reporting purposes.
Good negotiation skills in dealing with government and international agency related to project management.
Web skills, especially content management.
LENGTH OF SERVICES
6 months and the successful candidate is expected to commence employment from October 2011 until end of March 2012, with possible extension depending on the performance and project continuation.
REMUNERATION
For a candidate with the right skills and experience we will offer a competitive package of IDR 8,885,000 gross monthly salary and excellent benefits.
